The hotel location was definitely convenient. It was very close to the central train station. That proximity made travel quite easy. The staff, especially Lucrezia, were pleasant to deal with. She was accommodating and helpful.

The bathroom was old. I saw cockroaches in the basin in the mornings. There were many ants all around. The room furniture looked old and used TOO. Important investments are needed here.

The breakfast buffet, it was very rich. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from Termini station for the airport express. There is also metro and buslines around the corner. It is very useful.

The superior room I saw on pictures did not match. I requested to change my room and it was slightly better. the room is not really worth the price.

the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful .

i found the lifts confusing as the hotel has two sections. also, the housekeeping service came very late, around 9-10 pm, to check on cleaning, inconvenient. the price i paid seemed quite high for the location and the facilities available.

The concierge service was quite efficient, they provided helpful directions. my collection premium room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I found this adequate for my workouts.

the bar did not restock a specific liqueur one evening.
